Delicious food & wine! We got the gnocchi & risotto which were both amazing & a recommended bottle of wine from the waiter followed by the tiramisu! Also great service & ambience! We loved it!
Very enjoyable.
Amazing aperitivo.
Go HERE for ITALIAN service!
HIGHLY recommend the SANGRIA!!
and also the Paella with seafood 🥰
I came from England to visit Tuscany and during a daily trip in Prato I found myself enjoying the friendly and welcoming experience of the Pinchos bar. A cosy place with unexpensive and tasty food, informal and friendly staff and a variety of menu options. Gotta check this place out if you ever find yourself in Prato.
Best place in town
Friendly
The phoenix that is reborn from its ashes is a beautiful example of how Todo Bien was also reborn from the ashes, the ashes of Pinchos in Prato.
The former venue in via Settesoldi was a point of reference for Prato's nightlife.
With the new rebirth it sheds those old clothes, to admirably fill a restaurant role, where the Prato tradition meets the Spanish one.
Starting from the appetizer, for those who love cold cuts, don't worry 😱.
They are served on wooden cutting boards and supported by iron supports for the size of the cutting boards. Very abundant.
The first courses are abundant and well cooked from land and sea.
Personally I ordered a first course of tortelli filled with amaretti and pumpkin 🎃 seasoned with ragù. A marvel, an explosion of taste.
For second I ordered the shank.
One portion is recommended for 2 people.
Very soft meat seasoned with potatoes.
I went during the Christmas holidays 🎄
So for dessert I ordered the Panettone di Calciano, handcraftedly produced in Matera recognized by Gambero Rosso, that's all I'll tell you. Try it.
Cozy, clean place.
Staff makes you feel welcomed, almost like at home while always remaining professional.
In my opinion a Michelin inspector could pass by, because this place is only missing the famous star, because it is already an excellence and also deserves recognition for its history and for the goodness of the refined products.
I thank Roberto, the owner of the restaurant, for the passion he puts into giving diners the best culinary experience with refined products.
5 Star Rating (Not Michelin) but that's fine.
Highly recommended place.
Good dishes and pleasant environment, I recommend it!!
